Cannot see new thread dumps

Not seeing new thread dumps  for Tomcat 

Environment

Release : 10.7

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Saw that for the same agent, cluster and admin account that the customer was able to do manual thread dumps and after doing manually. the thread dump appeared in past thread dumps list.
