Issue/Introduction
Not getting Alerts from an Monitor that is flagged to alert.
Environment
Release : 10.0
Component : APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR ENVIRONMENTAL
Resolution
Alerts are controlled in 2 ways one is on the monitor itself and the other is on the folder that it is in.
In other words the folder is like a master control and it if is flagged off then no monitors in it will alert.
