Issue/Introduction

When attempting to delete a device from Operator Console Inventory in UIM 20.3.3 the operation may fail.

Environment

Release : 20.3.3

This may also impact 20.4

Resolution

Ensure you are running ump_operatorconsole_2.10_HF2 or later on the Operator Console robot.

Additional Information

If you have already deployed the hotfix or are UIM 20.4, please try the following resolution which usually solves the problem:

- deactivate discovery_server on the primary hub and activate it again
- log out of OC and back in
