Rally: In-Context Editor title and X-button are not visible

Issue/Introduction

When using any of the In-Context editors such as for Discussions the title and X-button may become hidden and inaccessible.  The scrollbar cannot be used to reveal the title or button

 

Resolution

There is not enough space on your display to render the header or button.  Users can increase the resolution or use an external monitor so that the title and X-button have enough room to render.
