Issue/Introduction

New installation or upgrade of UIM v20.3 fails at 38% preparing java environment and we cannot make any further progress.

The above is a side effect of the real problem which is the downloaded ISO is corrupt and the real error is:

Resolution

Download the installation ISO again, copy it to the server hosting the Primary hub, from Windows File Explorer right click Mount, run the installer.

Also check to make sure that the uimserverpackages.zip file is the exact same size before and after download before running the installer.
