Selecting element from drop-down is cut-off

Issue/Introduction

Product: CA Service Catalog
Desc: Select element scroll bars from drop-down is cut off if there are sufficient list of items

The issue has been solved at 17.1, but seems to be back with 17.3.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : CA SERVICE CATALOG

Cause

1. Create a form with Table select form

2. Add multiple values for the select object

3. Create a new request from the form and notice that the tale select item scroll bars are cut off

Resolution

The behavior inhouse on both English and German environment are consistent.

If you note the screenshot the Table - Select object dropdown values when pulled will not display the scrollbar on the page

However, you will also have an alternate scroll bar adjacent to the Save / Cancel button which if pulled down will display the select object dropdown scroll bar. 

Note: This current functionality is working as per design
