Issue/Introduction

An issue was found when restarting a C_HOSTG in case a certain script command is being used. The script command in question is

:set &L_TODAY_YYYY_MM_DD# = conv_date('DD-MM-YYYY:&L_TODAY_DD_MM_YYYY#','YYYY-MM-DD')

When restarted via the C_HOSTG the following error message pops up:

U00020215 Runtime error in object 'CASE#32614782', line '00002'. The date/timestamp '00-00-0000' is beyond the earliest valid date of the Automation Engine: 01/01/1754.

Resolution

The issue has been confirmed to be a bug and will be fixed with service pack 9 for Automation Engine V12.2.

In V12.3 the issue is already fixed since service pack 5.
