PTF HOLD DATA for SO16135 and LU00358

Issue/Introduction

Downloading PTFs from CSM.

There were a few hold data steps to perform.

Are these steps covered by doing a restart/reinit? 

• Rerun CIA load  
• Restart CIA Real-Time task
• Rerun the TSSAUDIT utility

 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

A TSS restart/reinit would not stop the need to action 
the Hold Data steps. 
The CIA Hold Data comes from Ptf SO16135 and unless you 
are suffering the problem there is no need to run the jobs. 

The TSSAUDIT Hold Data is from Ptf LU00358 and the same here, if you 
haven't suffered the symptoms no need to specifically run a 
TSSAUDIT.
