Cannot acknowledge alarms retrieved by the zEvent probe on the Primary OC

Issue/Introduction

We have setup the zEvent probe 1.0 to integrate with the new message service running on the mainframe to retrieve events.  We are successfully getting the messages in the UIM Operator Console, but we cannot acknowledge them.  Alarms dashboard refreshes after acknowledging the alarm but the alarm continues to display.

Resolution

Deploy wasp_alarmviewer_api-2.1.7-HF1 or above which is available in the CA Unified Infrastructure Management Hotfix Index
