Issue/Introduction

The archive is greyed out in infrastructure manager.  It will not expand.  The primary hub robot is not indicated in infrastructure manager.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Resolution

This can be caused by a duplicate record of the primary hub in the hubs probe (observed in the Hubs tab).  A duplicate instance can be created if the primary hub is named with fqdn and a secondary hub is communicating with the primary hub using short name.  The source of the duplicate entry will be the secondary hub that is providing this information.  Changing the primary hub name to the short name (which will require validating the probes) and deleting the duplicate entries will resolve the issue.
