License key is invalid when trying to license Security Analytics

Issue/Introduction

When trying to license a new Security Analytics appliance, you get an error:  "License Key is invalid".

All versions

Resolution

The license key you are trying to use is not correct or the Security Analytics appliance has been previously licensed with another key.  In order to fix this, open a support case with technical support to get the licensing issue resolved.
