Release 15.0 PTFs and HOLDDATA

Issue/Introduction

I am installing Release 15.0 on our systems. I displayed the Solution downloads for CCS 15.0 and got over 500 all the way back to 2006

Please send me all needed PTFs for Release 15.0 & all HOLDDATA for the Release. 

Environment

Release : 15.0

Component : CCS390 - CA COMMON SERVICES FOR Z/OS

Cause

• 500 + fixes due to including the LEGACY Maintenance
• Unsure how to find any HOLDDATA  

  

Resolution

• Need to limit the maintenance to just that for r15.0
  • CCS r15.0 went GA in January 2019 
  • Use calendar to the right of the search box
  • Use date of 01/01/2019 
  • Will eliminate LEGACY maintenance  
• Once date entered can
  • Download all listed maintenance into a zip file
  • Or before downloading
  • Scan thru maintenance
  • Skip any unneeded maintenance 
  • Download and unzip downloaded maintenance
  • Look for any HOLDDATA for maintenance
    • The fix and any holddata appears twice
      • Fix# itself as binary file
        • Fix#.BIN
      • HOLDDATA as text file
        • Fix.#.HOLDDATA.DTA.TXT 
            .
