Issue/Introduction

When we try to access the NetOps Portal, it automatically logs us in but returns errors about a user we disabled

Cause

There are several potential factors in this behavior:

1. The Default User "user" had group privileges to All Groups changed to being only able to access All Tenants

2. The Default User "user" was then disabled

3. In SsoConfig > DX NetOps > Single Sign-On: Anonymous User Enabled was set to enabled and the Anonymous User ID was set to the "user" User

Environment

Release: All supported releases of NetOps Portal

Resolution

1. Revert the changes to the "user" User and allow it to regain access to All Groups

2. You can leave the "user" User disabled

3. In SsoConfig > DX NetOps > Single Sign-On, disable Anonymous User Enabled

4. Refresh any browsers/flush cache or use a new browser/Incognito and attempt to login again
