Resource OBS not showing in Jaspersoft

Issue/Introduction

We are having issue with the field Resource OBS in Jaspersoft being empty.

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS JASPERSOFT

Resolution

Run the following jobs to ensure data is correctly loaded:

Load Data Warehouse Access Rights

Load Data Warehouse (with Full option)

Load Data Warehouse (without Full)

 

If any jobs fail they will need to be addressed, but running all three should ensure the data is updated.
