Error setting server port numbers.

Environment

Release : 6.10

Component : UNIJOB

Cause

This means that the values.xml can't be accessed properly.
Something is locking the file on the server.

Resolution

You can use Procmon (or similar) to find out what/who is locking the file.

You may also try to copy the file on a backup folder then move it back on its original folder.
Please make sure that your DUAS node is stopped when doing so.
