After a new install data collectors are not seen in the capc console

Confirm the the following ports are available / open (61616, 61618, 61620, 61622).
netstat -a | grep 616 | grep -v localhost | grep EST will show you if there is an 'established' connection
If the ports are not open then work with your network team to open them up and then restart the data collector service (service dcmd stop /start)
