Issue/Introduction

After setting up a new environment that is a copy of an existing one, the custom icons not are appearing in the UI for service offerings.

17.2.0.4 + further patches.

Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : CA SERVICE CATALOG

Resolution

The icons were initially missing as the filestore had not been copied across. Since the information that they were missing was buffered, we had to manually force a cache reset to get them to appear.
