Cause

Other 3rd party software which Symantec DLP interact with may be discontinuing support for older TLS versions.

Resolution

- DLP "uses" TLS 1.2 for on-premise and cloud server/detector communication.

- DLP "supports," as in the case of the Web Server Scanner support for DLP 15.x: TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 (with DLP 15.8 adding support for TLS 1.3 for Discover).
