Customer reported having HD failure on their Storage MD etc Dell.
Please gather MDSM logs from the MD device. Next is to get the service tag and express service code. To get these info, you will need to get customer MDSM logs and check on "storage array profile".

There are a few ways to check for Hard Disk failure
On the MDSM zip file:
1) Open "recovery-guru-procedures.html" on any browser
2) Open "storage-array-profile.txt"
Example below, Tray 0,drawer 3 and slot 3 show as Unresponsive
