Error trying to deploy webservices using YCRTWS

Issue/Introduction
Unable to deploy Web Services in CA 2E using YCRTWS.
JOBLOG contains the following error:
The YCRTWS command failed: IWS00230E - Install of Web service failed.
Environment
2E 8.7.x

Cause
2E Authority/Permission settings
Resolution
Working with IBM, discovered what was causing the web services deployment to fail.
Conducted the following test:
1. Created a test <TEST1> profile with just *PGMR class and *JOBCTL and *SPLCTL for special authorities and added JOB role as Developer in the IBM Web Admin and the web service deployed.
2. Added back in the Group profile and a supplemental group and the web services deployment failed.
3. Removed the supplemental group and replaced it with *NONE and web services deployed.
The solution is to remove the Supplemental group from the profiles that need the ability to deploy web services via CA 2E.
IBM feels that the supplemental group authority was missed on a recent PTF upgrade.
