After backup/restore of EEM data from the old UAT into the new UAT environment, we are not able to login to ServiceCatalog

We performed a backup of the EEM data from our current UAT environment, and restored that data to our UAT EEM in the new DataCenter.   Once this was done, we were able to login to PAM fine, but were no longer able to login to Service Catalog.

The problem was resolved by reimporting the MDB.
