Agent unable to retrieve job status from SAP system

Issue/Introduction

SAP agent unable to retrieve job status from backend SAP system. 

Job completed in SAP system however it was showing active status in SAP Workload Analyzer. 

The below error in the SAP Agent log is visible:

Cause

The user that connects is not entitled to interact with SAP over the RFC Channel.

Resolution

Ask SAP Admin to add all privileges to the user and check if the connection is successful.

To prove that this is an issue with SAP privileges ask your SAP Admin to add all privileges to the user and check if the connection is successful.
