Issue/Introduction

After importing a CA certificate into the keystore and use it to enable HTTPS, the "Available Certificates" dropdown appears empty and cannot select it.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : CA SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Cause

wrong file is being imported into the keystore

Resolution

When importing, you need to select the entry that was used to send it to the CA. The first step is to create the Key Entry, and create the OCR file that you send to the CA. Then on import, you need to select the entry from the first step. If you import using a new alias, then those are different types of entries, trusted entries, and they do not show in the drop-down.
