Issue/Introduction

While clicking at settings tab at Operator Console > Settings (gear) page pops out message - 'Group management failed. Please contact administrator. Also, from the OC we are not able to open admin console.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - GROUPS

Resolution

Validate that that wasp and the adminconsoleapp webapp are installed and running on the primary hub. If they are not than perform the following to the primary hub:

-deploy the wasp probe
-deploy the adminconsoleapp pack
-deploy the mps pack
-deploy the uimhome pack
-deploy the uimesdplatelemetry pack
-active the wasp probe
