After standing up a new DLP "Data Loss Prevention" Enforce Server of the most current version and applying the license downloaded from the portal the client found they no longer had access to the protocols section located at System > Settings > Protocols
In this use case, it was after an upgrade from 15.1 to 15.8 but the issue would apply to any version.
The license they had been using contained <Network Monitor, Network Prevent for Email and Web>
The new license they downloaded does not include Network Monitor, and this is a function applicable to Network Monitor.
If this functionality is a requirement for your environment you will need to work with sales to procure the appropriate license.
