Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the CPU from z114 to z13s and the z13s CPU times increased in some of the programs.
IBM reported the cause of the problem as follows:

If the "SIIS" assembler command is used in a program, this CPU problem can occur.

Reference materials are the IBM "Identifying 'Store Into Instruction Stream(SIIS)' Inefficiency by Using CPU MF Counters".
