CSA/NSA URL Cannot Be Displayed in Browser

Issue/Introduction

The NSA URL on the environment cannot be displayed even though the service is started.

Environment

Release : 15.6

Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Resolution

This can be due to the following:

1. The nsa service has not been started.
Start one nsa per Clarity cluster.

2. There is an issue with the port number.
Make sure the port is opened for communication.

3. There is an issue on the server where the nsa service is started.

Stop and remove the nsa service, where the current server where nsa is running.
Start the nsa service on another server.
