SystemEDGE Description for AutoWatchers are not updating

Issue/Introduction

Made some changes to the existing VAIM policy and applied to the systems but the new changes are not getting applied.

Resolution

For AutoWatchers there is a Name field and a Description Field.

The entry in the sysedge.mon and what is being displayed in Spectrum is using Description field.
