Login issues encountered after enabling SSO on a subscription

After configuring SSO in Rally, some users are seeing unusual behavior when logging in.

The behavior may vary from user to user, though some examples of the problem are:

  • User may be placed into a Broadcom login page unexpectedly
  • User may see the message "You don't have any apps.  Please contact [email protected] for assistance."
