Is there an option/callable service to return ACID-STATUS to an application before attempting to sign on the user?
Application development is looking to use this information to disable email alerts to customers when their account is suspended in real time.
Release : 16.0
Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS
CIA , which stands for Compliance Information Analysis is a way to offload parts of the security file into a DB2 database,
so one can issue a query against it.
The data is static.
Real Time CIA (separate software) keeps the DB2 database, once loaded, up to date.
So if the acid gets suspended it is reflected in the DB2 database.
An application would be able to issue a query against the database to see if the user was suspended.
