Scheduled report sending blank data

Issue/Introduction

We have several scheduled time sheet reports that were scheduled to go out. They produced blank data. When I review the schedules in Clarity, all the parameters were wiped out and some of the parameters aren't even able to be selected. 

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS JASPERSOFT

Resolution

The Load Data Warehouse job was failing. After fixing the issue that caused the failure, the data returned again.
