Webview is unable to connect to MOM

Issue/Introduction

APM WV is not able to connect to MOM, we can see that the port connection to the Mom in active on 5001, below is the error observer in the Webview (WV) logs.

[ERROR] [WebServer.RemoteClientConnectionManager] Unable to connect to EM rr-apm-middleware-01.ams1907.com:5001,com.wily.isengard.postofficehub.link.net.DefaultSocketFactory - java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
[WARN] [WebServer.RemoteClientConnectionManager] Unable to connect to EM. Will try again every 10 seconds

Release : 10.7.0

Cause

Connectivity issue due to unstable cluster

Resolution

Configuration change to ban some problematic Agents with firewall issue helped to stabilize the cluster.
