PAM Server is stuck in VMware booting up, unfortunately the box is not pingable. How can we determine what is the root cause of the problem to see if it is addressable?

The only solution to see what is happening is to add a "Serial Port" to the PAM Appliance and than select the option "Use output file":
Than you can start PAM and see what that log is stating. Example: if the file system if full, you can increase the file system.
