Issue/Introduction

Recently we have observed that the Agent Inventory Tab on WCC always gets disconnected even after successful validation. 

The version of WAAE is 11.3.6 SP8 while WCC is 11.4.7 

 

Environment :

- 2 Scheduler/Application Server (for HA purposes)
- WCC and EEM together on one server.

They are running on Windows 2019 with a database running on MS SQL.

When we re-validate from the configuration tab of WCC the Agent Inventory becomes connected again.

But when we log off and log in again, the Agent inventory gets disconnected again and we need to revalidate in order for the Agent Inventory to get connected again.

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

The encountered problem was related to the logging into WCC without the “domain” in the username.
But when it was validated from the configuration tab, the user was going with domain.

The recommended solution is to make sure to use the DOMAIN while logging into WCC. This solution worked fine.
Once the users logged in with domain, it work as designed.
