Additional Information

If the pre-reqs are present you have and service issue, consider upgrading. 

Upgrading to NFA 10.0.7 (aka 20.2.7) with DX NetOps Portal 20.2.7 will resolve services issues based on Visual C++.

  If you are using Performance Management with NFA then it should be upgraded to 20.2.7.  If NFA not integrated with Performance Management then download DX NetOps Portal from NFA download page (20.2.7)
