IT Analytics Solution Install Cubes Nothing Happens and IT Analytics Event Viewer is Blank

Issue/Introduction

When a user selects a cube or cubes to install in the IT Analytics solution for the Symantec Management Platform (ITA for SMP) under Settings > Notification Server > IT Analytics Settings > Cubes, clicking the Save Changes button has no effect, and cubes are not installed. The IT Analytics Event Viewer windows is empty.

Incorrect Browser Used

Resolution

Cube and report installation in IT Analytics for SMP must be performed using Internet Explorer. Once installed, all other operations can be performed using Chromium-based browsers (i.e., Chrome, Edge, etc.).
