How to Download old Quova Data from Broadcom Support portal?

Issue/Introduction

Document discusses the means to download Neustar  version 6 old Quova Data to be used with RiskFort.

This KB is to download the Old Quova data which is not used any more in the product, if you download the data following the steps, it will not have the latest data.

Resolution

Please be guided by the screen shots below

1. Login to Broadcom support portal via - https://support.broadcom.com/. Click on "Symantec Enterprise Security".

2. Click on "Product Downloads"

3. Search for "Advanced Authentication" and then click on it.

4. Click on "Solution Downloads"

5. Select "CA Arcot Riskfort For...." and then select "8.1" as shown below.

6. Click on "Quova Data Files"

7.  Scroll down on the next screen to get to this Quova files to download (FTP etc.)
