Issue/Introduction

If password is changed in ESP, could it cause issues with Agent Wobs?

Resolution

- Changing the PASSWORD on ESP page mode will not have any adverse effect on jobs already running while the page mode command PASSWORD is being issued.
- The user/password is used ONLY when agent submits the JOB to the distributed system.
- If there is a time difference between the password change on ESP thru PASSWORD command and on the distributed system, it's possible that a new JOB may fail with logon error and needs to be resubmitted.
