Issue/Introduction

When trying to open a report,  the following error is displayed:
CAHVS0300E Service module CAHVRPTL INIT failed with J2ZException Missing or Invalid Applid

Cause

Missing maintenance on Web Viewer 14.0. The updated CVDELOAD load library is not compatible with prior web-viewer.war/web-viewer.ear builds. The error is the same as what’s listed in the holddata for LU06974 (build 14.0.54): The CVDELOAD library updates from LU06974 (build 14.0.54) applied but are not using the LU06974 (build 14.0.54) or higher war file.

Resolution

Maintenance was applied on Web Viewer, however this module is missing from Web Viewer library

At the minimum, apply LU06974 Support for a Configurable Applid

Although it is recommended to apply the latest maintenance available on the portal because there is additional Security or Integrity maintenance available above that level.
