Issue/Introduction

When trying to open a report,  the following error is displayed:
CAHVS0300E Service module CAHVRPTL INIT failed with J2ZException Service name not found in table

 

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component: Output Management Web Viewer

Apache Tomcat

Cause

Missing maintenance on Web Viewer 14.0 

Resolution

Maintenance was applied on Web Viewer, however this module is missing from Web Viewer library

At the minimum, apply LU04933 Security or Integrity problem

Although it is recommended to apply the latest maintenance available on the portal because there is additional Security or Integrity maintenance available above that level.
