Missing TSS7000I message in Top Secret

Issue/Introduction

 A new acid was created to be used for scheduled batch submisson.   
The first test showed no TSS7000I message issued. 
The second test using the same job produced the TSS7000I message.  

 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

The TSS700I message shows details of previous use/signon:
TSS7000I acid Last-Used 01 Sep 20 16:15 System=ssss Facility=CICSPROD
The message has no previous information to display for the first sign on of an acid; therefore, does not display until the second sign on and thereafter.
