Symptoms:
While opening a CA Report in InfoView, the DB login screen appears and the report is not opened.
In Service Desk stdlog there is the following message:
domsrvr 2580 ERROR local_table.c 1013 OA_INFO request for wc(LOCAL:OA_INFO.INFO_NUM = 23). This information should be in oainfo.ini
Resolution:
This error message results from calls made by the Service Desk ODBC driver (which is typically used for CA Business Intelligence reports).
Step 1 : Open oainfo.ini in the NX_ROOT\pdmconf\schema folder.
Step 2 : One of the lines of this file should contain the following text:
23=2
Step 3 : If the file is missing, or does not contain a line containing the text '23=x', obtain a copy of the file from another CA Service Desk Manager installation and place it in the $NX_ROOT\pdmconf\schema folder then recycle the CA Service Desk services.
Step 4 : If the file exists and looks OK, try recycling the CA Service Desk services.
