OPSCMD not executing

Issue/Introduction

There are 2 jobs that issue commands -

F taskname,SHOW UDB=NCLLOG1

And 

OPSCMD WRITELOG

uses the IKJEFT01 program. It used to work fine before upgrading.

But after upgrade we get below error in OPSLOG -

OPS3142W INVALID MESSAGE SIZE FOR MESSAGE BLOCK, DETECTED AT OPMGPR+X'000019C0'

Cause

Modules from mixed releases found in the LNKLST.

Resolution

Remove the libraries from old releases from LNKLST.

As a work around you can add a STEPLIB for the current OPS release in the job that executes the OPSCMD commands.
