Issue/Introduction

If in any service there is only one CI and if the CI's showing critical alert so what parameter we have to select for impact on layer as down. And what policy we have to select on layer for which it is showing down?

Resolution

The CI significance value at high (that is 10) and change alert severity from Critical to DOWN using Enrichment policy If you keep alert severity as Critical, then the calculation is like Significance (10) % Critical (3) = 30 To get 40 (Max impact value), the alert severity should be at Down(Fatal)

The other option is change Metric Definition configuration as shown below:-
