We are auditing user sessions. We found some information in the database tables: cmn_sessions and cmn_session_audits; however, we still could not find user session start time and end time. All this shows is Date. We are more interested in specific time.

By default the timestamp is saved in the database. It's possible that the tool being used to query may have a configuration issue.
If you are using SQL Developer, for example, look in the following settings to ensure the date is included in the format:
Tools > Preferences > Database > NLS Parameter
If further assistance is required, you may want to consult with a DBA to review.
