We have a process with a Manual Action within it. We notice after the process runs that the Manual Action step takes about 15 to 20 seconds to finish. Is this indicative of a performance issue?

15 to 20 seconds for a Manual Action step is within the acceptable limits.

Note that if the process is linked with an object, and if attributes of that object are used in the Subject or Body of the Action Item, then it can take about 15 to 20s to process. If no attributes are used, the Action can process faster.
