Issue/Introduction

I would like to request your support in order to obtain the PAM connector for SDM named "CA Service Desk Module" that contains the operators "Base Select Service Desk Elements" and "Base Update Service Desk Elements".

I am trying to replicate (export/import) the processes build in environment 1 into environment 2 - environment 1 was build sometime ago, by a different team, and I have now built the environment 2 and installed the SDM connector that came with the ISO (3/2019).

I have noticed that on environment 2 the SDM connector is installed as "CA ServiceDesk", while on environment 1 we have "CA Service Desk Module". The PAM processes developed in environment 1 make use of SDM operators that are not available in the module installed on environment 2, hence the need for your help.

I have attached 2 screenshots with the differences between the environments - they both run version 04.3.04 CP01, build 04.3.410 CP01.

Resolution

If you’ll select version 0000 of ITPAM 4.3 in the Download Center, and download DVD03223716E.iso, that version will have the operators you were not finding in the later versions.  Those connectors should still work with your version 4.3.04 CP01 of ITPAM.
