OneClick REST API Behavior during SpectroSERVER Failover

We have external applications that gather a large amount of data for a large set of devices through the OneClick REST API.   When requesting device information, we throttle the requests to make sure that it has minimal performance impact.    What happens if a primary server is shut down and OC switches to the secondary server while the program is running?   Does the OneClick server have the intelligence to connect to the secondary to process the requests until the secondary is fully functional and then keep going, or will it fail all together?

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

The tomcat connection will queue/pause the requests while the secondary SpectroSERVER becomes the active server.  The secondary is already active, it just needs to start polling so the tomcat connection to the secondary is pretty quick.
