BG going down frequently - BG servers are not doing anything (appear to be stuck until we restart them)

We have been noticing that jobs are getting stuck frequently and when we cancel and reinitiate them the BG is halted . We have to restart the BG again to process the jobs .

Increased the number of threads for the bg vm in the properties.xml files

We should increase maxConcurrentJobs to 15

and maxThreadsForParallelProcessor to 20.


Restart the bg servers:  service stop start bg
