Service Virtualization

Issue/Introduction

Facing an issue when creating a Virtual Service using the Service Virtualization API v3 with a VSM and VSI File. Getting the below error when try to create the Service Using Postman/Swagger-ui/ Curl

{
  "error": {
    "type": "RemoteException",
    "message": "Failed while removing the Builder Session from the server.; nested exception is: \n\tjava.nio.file.FileSystemException: C:\\DevTest\\vsBuilderSessions\\VSE072_2013\\AEA52AE87F811EBBF370050569FF152\\JenkinsTestingVSM2\\VirtualServices\\JenkinsTestingVSM2.vsm: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.\r\n"
  }
}

Cause

When a Virtual Service is created with VSI and VSM files, these files are directly written into the BuilderSession. Currently these files are not closed which could be one of the reason for the file lock error during Cleaning of BuilderSession.
