Multiple Autosys jobs are in Running State

Issue/Introduction

The jobs that are executed will completed but still show in a running status (in autosys and WCC as well)

Below is the error message you  may find in event demon logs.

CAUAJM_W_10575 Network performance warning: Detected an out of sequence, repeated message for job [4668.3905940.1] from agent [WA_AGENT localhost].

Environment

Release : 11.3.6 

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

Make sure to take a downtime if its happening on production server. And follow below resolution steps.

1.Perform Cold start on Agent.

2. Once cold start is completed restart all the jobs manually running on this Agent.
